For emergency please contact us by phone at +39 0514192630, leaving a message with name, Center ID, Phone number to be call back and a brief description of the issue.

Please be advised that “emergency” calls include:

- Lanes: 30% or more are non-functional and/or out of communication.
- Management System: Conqueror does not start on any terminal.
- Payments: More than one credit card device is not functional.
- Leagues: A scoring and/or Machine issue that prevents league or tournament play.

*Any call that does not meet the criteria above is considered “non-emergency” and will be redirected to our normal hours of operation.
