As you are transitioning from summer to fall, we know it can be stressful as you say goodbye to summer employees and prepare for the next season. The BES NV Navigator can help reduce this stress for you in the future, by supporting staff and delivering an easy to use, on-lane experience for guests.
The BES NV Navigator is the starting point for guests when they get to their lane, designed to deliver the best bowling experience for customers based on selections they make about their preferences.
Most people are familiar with the format of streaming services and scrolling through entertainment options. The BES NV Navigator offers that familiar experience, so gone are the days of needing to be guided to your lane and being ‘set up’. Regardless of your staffing situation, rest easy knowing that your guests can easily find the most personalized experience every time.
HOW IT WORKS:
1. After selecting the ‘More Fun’ option on the SuperTouch screen, guests choose the best description of who is bowling in their group. For example:
"Family & Kids" - "Friends & Teammates" - "Here to Party" - "Here to Compete"
2. Next, guests choose the skill level of those in their group; are they Beginner, Intermediate, or Expert?
3. Then guests choose whether they want an experience that is more traditional (Classic bowling grid), alternative (games like Monster Factory) or more innovative (exclusive features like the new Avatar Alley).
4. Finally, based on their preferences chosen, guests are presented with games and experiences in categories like ‘Top Picks for You’, ‘Popular Selections’, ‘Fun with Family’ and more. In these categories, guests can easily select their top choices each time they visit a center.
