Bob Ramelow is the Assistant Manager of Bowling at the Grand Sierra Resort in Reno, Nevada. Over his seventeen-year career with Grand Sierra, he saw breakdowns happening with older bowling pinsetters. This was impacting his center, its guests and staff.
