Important Notice - End User License Agreement Update
Dear Customer,
We are writing to inform you that an updated version of the End User License Agreement ("EULA") is available.
Pursuant to Article 11.3 of the EULA, QubicaAMF has modified certain terms of the EULA in connection with updates to the Software and/or Services. The updated EULA constitutes an amended and restated version of the EULA.
You have up to thirty (30) calendar days from the date of this notice to review and evaluate the updated EULA. Continued use of the Software or Services beyond this period will be considered your acceptance of the updated EULA.
Please note that, pursuant to Section 11.9 (Language) of the EULA, the English language version of the EULA is the official and controlling version. In the event of any discrepancy between the English version and a version translated into any other language, the English version shall prevail.
